State, architect to pay $2 million to settle Columbus contractor's lawsuit

A Columbus contractor is owed $2 million by the Ohio School Facilities Commission and an architect in a dispute over the building of dormitories at the Ohio State School for the Blind and the Ohio School for the Deaf.
