Stalking victim's workshop aims to help others with legal process

The first time Tracy Taylor turned to the courts for protection from a stalker, she went home empty-handed. She found the process confusing and the requirements daunting. "In my experience, they make the victim work very hard," Taylor said. "I'd never had a stalker before. I didn't know what to do."
