Southwest Licking Schools turns to voters for help with overcrowding

A local school district says the condition of its schools is affecting how the students learn. They're appealing to taxpayers to help fund new schools.Southwest Licking Schools will ask voters to approve a $ 6.7 million bond levy Tuesday. In a $158,000 house, that would mean about $371 a year.“All of our equipment was actually submerged under water at some point,” District Spokesperson Ben Richards said.Not many people get to see the bellows of a middle school but Richards thinks may
