Sources: Plea deal reached in Lancaster mayor investigation

Two sources close to the investigation into Lancaster Mayor Brian Kuhn say a plea deal has been reached in the case.The deal will be presented to a judge when Kuhn returns to court Monday.Kuhn was indicted in June on two counts of failure to file state income tax returns.A week after the indictment, more than a dozen Lancaster and Fairfield County elected officials publicly called Kuhn out saying he should resign.Mayor Kuhn has said he intends to stay in office and serve the people of Lancaster
