Some school-zone speeders are in buses

The expectation and Ohio law is that anyone driving will slow down for the safety of school children when they see the flashing lights and signs denoting a 20-mph speed limit. However, WBNS-10TV found perhaps the last group of drivers that would be expected to be seen breaking the law and speeding through school zones: men and women who drive school buses.
