Some mail-in ballots mistakenly returned to voters

The Franklin County Board of Elections mistakenly returned 79 absentee ballots to voters by mail and is working to get them back. Board employees discovered the error when they began to sort incoming ballots that will be counted after the polls close on Tuesday, Ben Piscitelli, the board spokesman, said in a news release on Saturday.
