Snow will slow but expect some single-digit temperatures

The snow should be tapering off on Wednesday, but it's going to get much colder this week. From 7 a.m. Monday through 1 p.m. today, 2.4 inches had fallen at Port Columbus, said Steve Hrebenach, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service in Wilmington. There's been more snow farther south, including 4.8 inches near Pickerington; 6 inches in Pleasantville north of Lancaster and in Washington Court House in Fayette County; and 7 inches in Chillicothe.
