Snow snarls morning commute; schools delay, cancel classes

Motorists are urged to show caution this morning as falling snow threatens to snarl the commute. Most districts in Delaware, Licking, Madison and Union counties have closed, while several other central Ohio districts, including New Albany, Bloom-Carroll and Lancaster, are on a two-hour delay.
