Smoking to be prohibited in all Delaware city parks

DELAWARE, Ohio - The city council in Delaware, Ohio voted Monday night in favor of prohibiting smoking in city parks.The vote is for a complete ban of smoking, including electronic cigarettes.The vote was 6-1 with council member Kent Shafer being the only one who opposed.If someone is found in violation of the ordinance, it would be considered criminal trespassing according to the ordinance.The city council in Upper Arlington also voted to ban smoking in city parks on Monday.
