Sloat promoted to lead AEP Ohio

American Electric Power has promoted its current treasurer to the roles of president and chief operating officer of AEP Ohio. Julie A. Sloat, who also currently serves as senior vice president, will assume her new roles on May 2, the company said in a statement this morning.
