Skywatch: Last quarter moon makes way for planet watching

This week's night sky starts with a view of the moon as it reaches last quarter.
Each month the moon waxes and wanes, and early in the week it'll appear as a half moon high in the heavens.
The last quarter moon will officially occur at 3:33 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 21.
