Should Olentangy schools be liable for convicted teacher’s sexual assaults?

During a classroom evaluation 14 years ago, an educator observed Matthew Rausenberg for almost an hour and saw an enthusiastic, caring teacher. Linda Gregg described the 2nd graders in his classroom as “safe, valued and able to express themselves” and credited Rausenberg, in his first year at Arrowhead Elementary in the Olentangy Local district with providing “close observation and personal attention.”
