Sheriff's Office: Roads closed in Somerset for "explosive device incident"

SOMERSET, Ohio - State Route 13 and U.S. Route 22 are closed in Somerset due to what the Perry County Sheriff's Office is describing as an "explosive device incident."The sheriff's office said the area of the Square is being evacuated.The elementary school is not affected and buses are being routed around the affected area, according to the sheriff's office.
