Sheriff's office identifies Sunday morning fatal crash victim

A Far West Side man killed in a early morning crash on the Northwest Side Sunday has been identified by the Franklin County sheriff’s office. Carlos A. Castillo Rodriguez, 24, was traveling east on Hard Road at 1:03 a.m. when his Subaru SUV struck concrete barriers on the east side of Rt. 315. Rodriguez was pronounced dead at the scene. He was not wearing a seat belt.
