Sheriff: Train cars, possibly containing ethanol, catch fire in Erie County train yard

BELLEVUE, OH (WTOL) - The Erie County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed train cars containing what they believe is ethanol are on fire at the Norfolk-Southern train yard in Bellevue.At least five fire departments were on the scene, according to dispatchers, WTOL reported. There were no evacuations due to the incident.The Ohio Emergency Management Agency responded to the scene in case any chemicals were spilled.It’s unknown if there are any injuries at this time.
