Sheriff: Suspect in armed robbery drowns fleeing from Guernsey Co. deputies

Guernsey County Sheriff’s Office says a man’s body was found Tuesday evening partially submerged in a creek near Byesville Park. Authorities identified the man as Mark Mark E. Cutlip Jr., 34, of Cambridge. The Guernsey County Sheriff’s Office says Cutlip was considered a suspect in an armed robbery on March 1.
