Several people have been diagnosed with an intestinal disease after visiting Deer Creek State Park earlier this month, according to health officials.The Pickaway County General Health District (PCGHD) says it is investigating a shigellosis outbreak at the Mount Sterling park that occurred between July 15 and July 17.Several reported cases have been confirmed by lab tests.Symptoms of shigellosis include nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea.It can be passed through direct contact with bacteria in stool
