Serial rapist gets 26 years to life

NEWARK — A Newark man who already served eight years in prison for raping a stranger will spend at least another 26 years behind bars after he was convicted of raping two more women last year. Roger Black Jr. was sentenced in Licking County Common Pleas Court Friday to 26 years to life in prison. He was found guilty by a jury this month of two counts of rape and two counts of kidnapping.
