Serial Groper inspired Ohio Senate bill

Ohio State Senator Jim Hughes says 10TV coverage of a serial groper assaulting Columbus women inspired him to write a bill increasing punishment.
Senate Bill 316 would increase jail sentences if they are repeat offenders. A third conviction for sexual imposition would be elevated to a misdemeanor of the first degree. That would make the repeat offender eligible for a one year jail sentence.
