Second woman arrested in Lancaster massage parlor investigation

Police have arrested a second person in connection with the investigation of two Lancaster message parlor.Police said 54-year-old Xugyin Wen is charged with misdemeanor solicitation and procuring prostitution.Police: Sex for sale at 2 Lancaster massage parlorsFairfield County authorities raided two massage parlors this month which they said were fronts for prostitution.Jinrong Hedrick was arrested last week.While the two parlors were busted, police don't think they are connected.
