Second prisoner captured after three escape correctional facility in Nelsonville

Newark Police Chief says they captured a second of three prisoners who escaped the SEPTA Correctional Facility in Nelsonville Friday and Saturday.Justin Stanley was taken into custody Monday after he was followed by off-duty officers in Newark.On Sunday the Heath Police Department captured David Skeens as he was hiding with an adult at the Starlite Motel on the 1300 block of Hebron Road.Skeens cooperated with the Heath Police department during the investigation and was arrested where he was tran
