Second child dies in Franklinton fire

Two children died early this morning in a fire at a Franklinton apartment building. Firefighters were called to the building in the 800 block of W. Town Street just west of Souder Avenue around 1 a.m. The apartment building is just south of Mount Carmel West Hospital.
