Scott's Political Picks: Is Kasich already working on 2020 run?

I’m starting my ‘Political Picks of the Week’ with Ohio Governor John Kasich who’s not governing in Ohio this weekend. He’s in New Hampshire. You know New Hampshire: the dot on the map with four electoral votes and a statewide population not that much greater than the city of Columbus.Oh wait a minute. New Hampshire will, as it always does, have the first presidential primary in 2020. Ah ha! So am I the cynical media for wanting to ask Kasich, “Really Governor
