Scott seeks to tie Ginther to tutoring fraud

Franklin County Sheriff Zach Scott wants to tie his opponent in the Columbus mayor’s race, City Council President Andrew J. Ginther, to failing to uncover fraud in a federal tutoring program almost a decade ago. Ginther’s camp shot back that Scott has become “desperate.”
