Salvation Army's red-kettle collections are lagging

The Salvation Army’s iconic red kettles aren’t filling up fast enough. The nonprofit’s central Ohio branch is still about $200,000 short of its goal to raise $700,000 by the end of 2015 as it enters the final days of its largest fundraising push of the year.
