Run/walk participant dies after being hit by vehicle

CINCINNATI — Authorities in Cincinnati said a woman participating in an annual run/walk died after being struck by a car. City officials said a vehicle jumped the curb on Sunday morning and hit the woman on a sidewalk during the 38th annual Seven Hills Run/Walk. She was pronounced dead at a hospital.
