Rt. 23 reopens on Far South Side after fatal multi-vehicle crash

One person died early Monday in a multi-vehicle crash on Route 23 on the Far South Side. Columbus police were called to Rt. 23 at Rowe Road south of Scioto Downs shortly before 3 a.m., a police dispatcher said.
