Ron O’Brien is Ohio’s top prosecutor, group says

Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O’Brien has been named Prosecutor of the Year by the Ohio Prosecuting Attorneys Association. The award was presented on Thursday at the group’s annual meeting in Columbus.
