Rocky Brands' CEO resigns

NELSONVILLE — Rocky Brands announced today that CEO and President David Sharp has resigned and has been replaced as interim CEO by Mike Brooks, chairman of the board of directors. Brooks, who previously was CEO from August 1991 to July 2011, will lead the company while the board searches for a new CEO.
