Rock at Youngstown State painted with pro-ISIS messages

YOUNGSTOWN — Police are investigating pro-ISIS messages painted on a large rock on the campus of Youngstown State University in northeastern Ohio. University spokeswoman Shannon Tirone says staff discovered the messages supporting the Islamic State group when they arrived on campus Monday morning. The messages on the rock outside of the Kilcawley Center were: “We are coming,” “France Deserves Destruction” and YSU supports ISIS.”
