Road rage incident sparks deputy involved shooting, crash

COLUMBUS -A Franklin County Sheriff's deputy was pulling over a car Saturday night, but that traffic stop ended with gunfire and a crash.It is not clear exactly how the gunfire and crash happened. The Bureau of Criminal Investigations was called to the scene to investigate.The deputy was not hurt. A male suspect was transported to Grant Medical Center with unknown injuries.According to ODOT, all lanes of the Interstate 270 west between Interstate 71 and Georgesville Road are back open.
