RiverSouth transforms from Downtown wasteland to vibrant district

Last week’s announcement that a 25-story tower is planned for Downtown’s RiverSouth neighborhood served as the crowning touch of an eight-year effort to revitalize the area. The tower is the latest — and perhaps last — of more than a dozen major projects completed or announced in the pocket of Downtown east of the Scioto River and north of I-70.
