'Rigged' balloting unlikely, not impossible, experts say
Voting experts scoff at Donald Trump’s assertion that this year’s presidential election could be “rigged.” But that’s not to say the way we vote in Ohio and elsewhere is problem-free. And computer specialists and officials such as Homeland Security Director Jeh Johnson openly worry about possible cyberattacks on America's voting system, which he said involves 9,000 jurisdictions collecting, tallying and reporting votes.
