Reynoldsburg teachers union files complaint about superintendent

The teachers union for Reynoldsburg schools has complained to a state agency about what it considers an unfair labor practice by the superintendent. The Reynoldsburg Education Association filed a charge with the State Employment Relations Board on Aug. 11, saying that Superintendent Tina Thomas-Manning crossed the line in her communications with teachers, tutors and nurses.
