Reynoldsburg school board: No bonus for superintendent

Reynoldsburg schools Superintendent Tina Thomas-Manning aimed to prove that she met her goals for the 2015-16 school year, making her worthy of at least part of the possible 12 percent merit bonus spelled out in her contract. She compiled a 2-inch-thick binder of documentation. But that's not the direction the Reynoldsburg Board of Education chose to go Monday night. To the displeasure of Thomas-Manning, board members voted 4-1 to give her 0 percent.
