Retired firefighter, son sentenced in string of pharmacy robberies
A retired Westerville firefighter and his son were sentenced to prison today for robbing three pharmacies to get prescription pills. Jeffrey T. Young, 50, was sentenced to four years and Aaron J. Young, 22, to eight years by Franklin County Common Pleas Judge Richard A. Frye. Prosecutors and defense attorneys had recommended a sentencing range of four to nine years for each man.
