Responders called to 7 overdoses, 1 overdose death within 6 hours around Columbus

Columbus Division of Police and Fire personnel responded to eight separate locations where eight individuals were suffering from an overdose Saturday.Seven people were treated by Columbus Fire medics or sent to area hospitals for treatment. One individual was pronounced deceased.According to police, responders were called to the locations between noon and 5:45 p.m. Six overdose incidents, including one that resulted in death, occurred in the west side of Columbus, one occurred in the north side
