Researchers seeing a spike in health problems linked to cosmetics

Complaints of health problems linked to cosmetic and personal care products more than doubled from 2015 to 2016.According to a study published Monday in the journal JAMA Internal Medicine, the majority of those complaints stemmed from hair care products.The study found that there were 706 related adverse events reported in 2015 and 1,591 in 2016.
