Republicans hit Strickland for his support of Boyce

Ohio Republicans are calling on former Gov. Ted Strickland to address whether he still supports former state Treasurer Kevin Boyce’s campaign for Franklin County commissioner after federal regulators said Boyce attended a meeting where a pay-to-play scheme was discussed. “Why is it OK that the person who brought Kevin Boyce into the statewide scene in the first place continue to remain silent,” said Matt Borges, chairman of the Ohio Republican Party.
