Report: Man who crashed head-on with trooper in Morrow County tested positive for meth

MORROW COUNTY, Ohio — Authorities say the man who was driving the wrong way on Interstate 71 and crashed head-on with an Ohio State Highway Patrol trooper was under the influence of methamphetamine.The initial report said Michael Marchak tested positive for meth and there was no alcohol in his system.In the early morning hours of June 26, Trooper Jason Phillips was dispatched on the report of a possibly impaired driver on Interstate 71.Phillips was traveling on I-71 northbound when he was
