Report: Ex-parks official ripped off state

A now-retired Ohio Department of Natural Resources official could face criminal charges following an investigation into job-related misconduct. Victor Ricks was accused in an inspector general's report released today of pocketing pay for hours not worked, using his state vehicle for personal purposes, and misusing his state cell phone and email account.
