Repeat rapist sentenced to 20 years in prison

Women won't have to worry about being sexually assaulted by Andrew Morrison for at least 20 years. After police received several complaints about a man who had sexually assaulted — or tried to — women in a spot in southern Franklin County, a sheriff's deputy parked there early one morning in August 2015. They said the man drove a tan sedan. The deputy didn't have to wait long before Morrison drove up in a tan sedan with a teenage girl in his car.
