Repeat code offenses could land Columbus property owners in court faster

Repeat property code violators in Columbus could find themselves in front of a judge faster than they have in the past. A proposed change to the city code would clarify that property owners who don’t comply with orders from code enforcement officers could face civil or criminal penalties, said Councilwoman Jaiza Page.
