Renovation projects booming in central Ohio, study shows

More than 10,000 central Ohioans renovated their kitchens, added decks, finished their basements, replaced their windows and otherwise remodeled their homes last year. They spent more than $172 million doing it. But nowhere did the money flow like it did in Upper Arlington. More than 400 Upper Arlington homeowners renovated their houses last year.
