Recall Alert: 35,000 lbs of ground beef could contain plastic

A North Carolina company has issued a recall of more than 35,000 pounds of ground beef, some under the Kroger label.JBS USA, Inc. announced the recall Wednesday, citing a complaint from a consumer who found blue hard plastic pieces in one of the products.These items were shipped to distribution centers in Virginia and Indiana for further distribution to retail locations.Check your refrigerator and freezer for the following items if you believe you may have purchased affected beef:3-lb. tray pack
