Reagan Tokes' murder prompts extra security for young women

The news of Reagan Tokes’ murder sent shockwaves through the Short North where she was once an employee at Bodega Café on High Street.
“I can't imagine,” said Sonia Clark, who was walking along High Street with a group of friends Saturday afternoon.According to Grove City police, Tokes’ body was found by a passerby Thursday at Scioto Grove Metro Park. Investigators say Tokes was shot to death but they found no casings near her body which suggests the murder happene
