Reagan Tokes memorial removed from Scioto Grove Metro Park

COLUMBUS - A memorial for murdered Ohio State student Reagan Tokes has been removed from the Scioto Grove Metro Park.Metro Parks spokeswoman Peg Hanley told 10 Investigates the decision was made recently to remove the memorial that included flowers, photos and stuffed animals.
