Ram brewpub to open in Short North on Monday

At Ram Restaurant & Brewery, which opens to the public on Monday in the Short North, it is obvious that beer is a big deal. Right inside the front door, behind massive panes of glass, is a 10-barrel brewhouse and a row of shiny stainless steel tanks.
