Pulse Performance recalls electric scooters

Pulse Performance Products is recalling its Pulse Safe Start Transform electric scooters for children because of a fall hazard.Manufacturing date codes are between September 10, 2016 and October 11, 2016.The scooters are sold exclusively at Target.There have been no reported injuries from the scooter.Consumers should contact Pulse Performance Products for a full refund.
