PUCO blames Columbia Gas for Upper Arlington home explosion

Firefighters from Upper Arlington and Columbus work at the scene of a house that exploded at 3418 Sunningdale Way in Upper Arlington. Columbia Gas was at fault for an Upper Arlington house explosion on March 21 because an abandoned gas line was improperly marked, allowing a Columbus water department employee to turn it on, the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio said today.
